Edirne, Balıkesir, Sakarya, Burdur, Konya, Aksaray, Sinop, Samsun, Amasya, Tokat, Ordu, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Trabzon, Rize, Osmaniye and Adıyaman are in the category of very high risk (red) provinces.
